12 Medjool Dates
1 cup Almond Meal
1 cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tablespoon Raw Cacao
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Tahini to blend
 
Blitz dry ingredients in a food processor then add just enough Tahini to bind ingredients together.
Form into balls and roll in extra desiccated coconut. Store in fridge and enjoy anytime you like.
NB (if making these for school where nuts are not allowed, simply replace nuts with extra coconut,
sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds)
